PuffyPet Happiness Guarantee: Easy Returns At PuffyPet, we want you and your furry friend to be absolutely delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Steam Pet Brush, we’ve made our return process simple and straightforward.

Our Return Policy:

30-Day Happiness Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your Steam Pet Brush to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return:To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and manuals.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of use with pets (e.g., pet hair, residue, damage) may not be eligible for a full refund or may incur a restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please contact our friendly PuffyPet customer service team at puffypetshop1@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back without first obtaining an RMA number.

Shipping Your Return:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to let you know that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective Steam Pet Brush, please contact us immediately upon arrival with photos of the damage. We will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
